Nightlife in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Couple’s vacationing in our cabins for two often ask about nightlife in Gatlinburg, adult fun things to do and places to go for live entertainment and cocktails.  While most people equate the Smoky Mountains with family activities and attractions, there really are quite a few local bars & grills that serve up great food, live music or DJs, and excellent selections of cold beers, wine and liquors. Lots of fun for adults to be had!

Gatlinburg Nightlife

Ole Red:  Restaurant and entertainment venue in downtown Gatlinburg with a year round fantastic lineup of live bands and singers.  Menu features appetizers, burgers, salads and southern entrees.  

Shamrock Pub:  Across from Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum, Shamrock is open daily from 11 am-1 am and is the only pub in the area with live music & karaoke every night!  Relax on the patio or chill indoors with a cold adult beverages, finger food or sandwich. 

Shamrock Western Saloon:  All the good stuff of the Shamrock Pub except it’s upstairs and rockin’ a country theme!

Puckers Sports Grill:  Also in downtown Gatlinburg, Puckers is the place to go for NFL and college game days, pay-per-view events, and good food.  Menu offers appetizers, sandwiches and burgers, and a variety of wings.

Smoky Mountain Brewery:  Located in Calhoun Village across from the Ober Gatlinburg tramway and open daily in season from 11 am-12 am.  The brewery has great food, micro brewed beer and nightly entertainment.

Tom & Earl’s Back Alley Grill:  Open 11 am-10 pm – or even later on Friday and Saturday nights, Tom & Earl’s is across the street from Ripley’s Aquarium with indoor and outdoor seating.  The menu offers beer, wine and cocktails; appetizers; salad; wraps and sandwiches.  Catch the live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays!

Pigeon Forge Nightlife

Funky Budha:  A unique place for adult nightlife in Pigeon Forge with bar, dance floor, lounge area and open patio.  There’s a full menu for a variety of tastes and even hookah.  Hours vary between opening at 5 or 7 pm and closing at 2 or 3 am.  Live entertainment ranges themed party nights to DJ.

Iron Boar Saloon:  The best biker bar in Pigeon Forge!  Located next door to Rocky Top Harley, there’s often live entertainment on the patio during the summer season and a fantastic menu.

Hard Rock Cafe Pigeon Forge:  You can’t miss the famous Hard Rock Cafe logo and guitars next door to Wonderworks Upside Down House!  Music, memorabilia and food make a great combination for adult fun in Pigeon Forge.  Cafe features indoor dining, an outdoor patio, a live music stage with entertainment the first Sunday of each month, and a Rock Shop®.
