While most would call the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel an attraction, we call it entertainment! You’ll get to experience views of the Smoky Mountains from within a temperature controlled Gondola both day and night. An added bonus is that during Dollywood’s Summer Celebration, you’ll have the best seat in the house for watching the 9:30 p.m. fireworks!

The Ole Smoky Moonshine Stage presents individual and group performances most nights throughout the summer and on weekends throughout the year. The lineup is diverse, but always a crowd pleaser. Favorite performers making regular appearances include Midnight Run, Monroeville and Firewater Junction. Concerts are always free and include day and night time slots.

Adjacent to Ole Smoky is The Island Show Fountain that provides plenty of relaxing entertainment all by itself. Take a seat in one of the many rocking chairs and watch the dance of water and light choregraphed to some of your favorite music!

In addition to all these entertainment options, The Island also has special events throughout the year (such as New Year’s Eve). Visit the events calendar often so you don’t miss a single opportunity to eat, shop, and play in Pigeon Forge.
