There are two August events in Pigeon Forge that celebrate the love of the USA and her military forces. We hope you can join us in honoring American Heroes during Celebrate Freedom!™ and the Salute to Veterans Homecoming Parade.

Celebrate Freedom!™  is a month long event to highlight area businesses that offer military discounts and that may also offer additional discounts August 1-31. Participating businesses include restaurants, theaters, attraction and retail shops located within Pigeon Forge. Special savings are offered to active and veteran military personnel, police, firefighters, paramedics and other first responders. Visit the Pigeon Forge Welcome Center (traffic light #0) to receive the Celebrate Freedom!™ benefits upon presentation of a valid ID. Click here for an example of savings.

CANCELLED:  Also this month is the Salute to Veterans Homecoming Parade, taking place on August 8. The parade kicks off at 9 a.m. and runs along Pigeon Forge Parkway from the United Methodist Church (across from Golden Corral) to Jake Thomas Blvd. (Traffic light #5) Please to share this flyer with your family and friends. Have a seat in your own lawn chair, wave your flag, and let our Veterans hear you cheering them on!
