There is always something new going on in the Smokies and 2016 will be no exception.  When you stay at Autumn Ridge Rentals this year, you’ll find a 2-in-1 adventure in Pigeon Forge that features a white-knuckled ride up a mountainside, and a 100′ swinging bridge to a mountain top observation dome.

Heading from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg, you may have noticed that contraption going up on top of the mountain that resembled a big, round cage. That is the new Smoky Mountain SkyDome and the way to get there is on the Monster Bus.

The Monster Bus is just as you imagine. A school bus crossed with a Monster Truck and covered with a ragtop. You’re going to love the beastly ride up the mountain! Once you arrive, you’ll climb a couple flights of stairs and walk the 100′ bridge to the Dome’s observation deck where you’ll be able to see all of Pigeon Forge and nearly 20 miles away. This will be a great spot for family photos and selfies to share!
