This cabin is named for Grandpa Bill Merritt who was not only a fine craftsman, but also a local minister who married literally hundreds of couples at these very cabins.

Stepping through the doorway of this cabin will certainly take you back in time. First of all, that door you are opening was handmade by none other than, yep, Grandpa Bill. And so were the cool-looking kitchen cabinets you see. Another little vintage touch: a real, seasonal wood fireplace with the wood provided!
We haven’t forgotten this is also a vacation for you and have outfitted the cabin with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable sofa and chairs, and a wonderful Jacuzzi right there in your king bedroom. And surprise! We even added a hot tub and a pair of great rocking chairs out on the private deck for you!
